If DeSouza Credit Services is not successful with getting at least one of the inaccurate accounts or inquiries deleted from your credit report in the first 120 days from the time you signed the service agreement, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees. If were to cancel and terminate our month to month agreement, your refund would be issued to you in full within 30 days from cancellation.
Exception: If a customer add any additional new valid and verified derogatory account or inquiry to their credit file during the program, the full money guaranteed policy will be voided immediately.
